Basmati rice grain is long, very thin and has a pleasant floral aroma as well as a fabulous flavor. It has the highest nutrient content of all rices. In addition, it does not contain fat, lipoprotein, sodium or gluten, making it suitable for coeliacs. It contains vitamins B, E and K. It also contains minerals among which manganese stands out as well as 21% magnesium, 27% selenium, iron, calcium, copper, potassium, zinc. It is a good source of complex carbohydrates, which supply energy for the brain and central nervous system. Provides a large amount of protein and fiber. Helps keep blood sugar levels within acceptable levels. It is recommended to wash it, in addition, its long grain so that it can be lengthened more it needs to be optimally hydrated. For these two reasons, it is recommended that the basmati rice be immersed in plenty of fresh water for 60 to 90 minutes and gently whipped so that the water penetrates the grains. Then strain and wash with fresh water. Refunds
