THE ESTEEMED CA' BOLANI ESTATE: A garden of vines lined with 999 Cypress trees, the Ca' Bolani estate in Aquileia is nestled between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea, the ideal environment for producing wines with distinguished fragrances and flavours AQUILIS: the Aquileia terror provides the ideal soil for cultivating a small batch of highly expressive Sauvignon Blanc grapes, carefully vinified into a full-bodied wine with a bright and shiny appearance complimented by emerald highlights. Around 18,000 bottles are produced, only in the finest vintages SAUVIGNON BLANC: Manually harvested with only the best being accepted, the grapes are kept under temperature-controlled conditions for a day before being gently pressed and fermented.
