Energy efficient, this pressure cooker comes with a triple overpressure relief mechanism to ensure safety at all times as well coming with ergonomic side handles so that it is comfortable to hold. Easy to use; when ready to bring the pan to pressure simply close the lid of the Kuhn Rikon pressure cooker and wait until the pressure indicator is at the right level and then control the pressure by adjusting the hob’s heat. Coming with two pressure settings; 5.8 psi which is ideal for fish, fruit and rice while 11.6 psi is suitable for meat and root vegetables.
