Traditionally used on a ledge and braced door, our thumb latch sets include a decorative door latch with a thumb shaped lever. When this lever is pressed down, it operates a thumb bar. The thumb bar passes through the door, lifting the latch bar on the opposite side and allowing the door to open.Our Suffolk latch set is forged from solid brass and hand finished by our expert craftsmen. A perfect design choice for any home, with many matching products available.Thumblatches are typically used in conjunction with a T hinge on traditional plank doors.Maximum door thickness: 44mm.Supplied with matching SS wood screws.Our Polished Brass products are made from solid, unlacquered brass and have soft, golden hues which offer a depth of reflection. This works wonderfully in period dwellings but can also be used to bring a classic twist to contemporary properties. If left untouched, this finish will oxidise over time and naturally age to create a historically beautiful look. Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
