A stylish and sleek electric patio heater that suits any environment where discreet high intensity heat is needed, as the lamps emit very little light but an abundance of medium wave infrared heat. The Shadow Carbon comes with remote control and has six variable heater settings to ensure you can find the right balance for whatever situation you need to deal with. Performance Features Equipped with ‘L’ bracket for wall mounting + hinge to allow positioning. Equipped with hanging chain. Long life carbon far infrared lamp with 5,000 to 7,000 hours life. Operate the heat output by variable remote control. Equipped with 1.8m of electrical cable and UK plug (maximum allowed under EU regulations). Special reflector with scientific parabolic system for top efficiency. Safety guard. Heater body in solid black anodised aluminium or solid silver anodised aluminium. The heater must be mounted in a well ventilated area. There must be at least a 0.4m clearing between the heater and ceilings / roofs There must be at least a 0.5m clearing between the heater and adjacent walls / fabrics There must be at least a 1.8m clearing between the bottom edge of the heater and the floor When using a 3kW heater in commercial premises or other locations where the heaters are used continuously for long periods of time then it is advisable to consult an electrician. A 3kW heater used for long periods of time may need to be hard wired into a 20A fused spur rather than used in a standard 13A socket.

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
