Pickering's Gin Clear 70Cl

Made in Edinburgh using traditional ingredients and contemporary distillation techniques, Pickering’s Gin is a super smooth and refreshingly citrusy spirit that’s perfect for cocktails and G&Ts. The original Pickering’s is created using a handwritten recipe designed in Bombay, India in 1947. This unique list of 9 botanicals was kept a closely guarded family secret for over 60 years before finally going into production at Edinburgh’s Summerhall Distillery in 2013. Keen to update their classic recipe to meet modern demands for perfectly smooth and silky spirits, the team at Pickering’s devised an innovative method of bain-marie distillation that ensures every drop of their gin is soft, subtle, and impeccably drinkable. Perfect Serve – The smoothness of Pickering’s Gin makes it great for shorter serves such as a Gimlet, Negroni, and Martini.
