The Pocket Memory 1000 mattress is made in the UK by Dura Beds, a renowned British Furniture Manufacturer member and recognised for outstanding product quality and service by Trading Standards.The mattress is 23cm thick and features 1,000 individual pocket springs, combined with a top layer of pressure relieving memory foam which contours to the body and offers support in all the right places.The individual pocket springs work independently to mould to the body and balance weight distribution, whilst also minimising pressure points to improve blood circulation.The mattress can also be turned over for a cooler sleeping surface without the memory foam layer, perfect for warmer summer nights.Finished in a deluxe quality knitted fabric cover, with a micro-quilted border, air vents, flag stitched handles for easy movability and hand tufted to increase durability.*Please Note: The divan base and headboard are not included.

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
