The Tara function determines the net weight of an object without packaging material. The PCS function allows you to count individual objects (25, 50, 75 or 100 pieces). When the automatic zero correction is activated, the scale indicates a stable zero point, for example when the room temperature changes. To ensure a long operation, the price scale has an integrated battery, which allows you to operate the device for up to 40 hours. You can work with the scale effortlessly even during loading. If you want to use in battery mode, the price scale switches the energy saving mode after 10 seconds, which both protects the battery and saves electricity. Furthermore, a battery warning has also been integrated. When the battery level is low, the display shows a graphic symbol informing you of the need to charge. The price scale also has an overload warning. If the maximum load is exceeded, you will be notified with a tone and a symbol on the display. The keyboard is characterized by its resistance to water and grease. When weighing objects, you can use the keys 0 to 9 to enter the price per unit, for example € / kg, and the scale calculates the total price.
