The letter scale SBS-LW-10/500 by Steinberg BASIC was designed for the daily use in offices. With a solid plastic housing and a 21.7 x 17.7 cm stainless steel weighing platform, it can quickly and precisely weigh small loads. In addition to a range of useful features, this scale offers six different weighing units (g, kg, lb, oz, ct and tl). With the TARE function, you can measure the weight of an object without packaging, while the the PSC function enables you to count individual objects (in samples of 25, 50, 75 or 100 pieces). The maximum weighing range goes up to 10 kg with an accuracy of 0.5 g, ideal for letters or books. Thanks to the weighing range from 1.5 g to 10 kg, the digital scale is ideal for determining low shipping weights. With a readability of 0.5 g, the weight of parcels and postal items is measured with pinpoint accuracy. In addition, various functions and different measuring units characterize the flexible device.

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
