D-C-Fix Light Grey Sticky Back Plastic Glossy Wrap Film 675Cm X 2M

d-c-fix plain sticky back plastic in a gloss finish is a popular choice for updating doors, on a budget. This kitchen vinyl wrap can completely change the look of your room, cover plinths and appliances for a more coordinated look. d-c-fix has a 5* rating for adhesion, opacity, light fastness, shrinkage and durability. The water based low tack adhesive allows the vinyl to be repositioned during application. Quick and easy to apply to clean, smooth flat surfaces. Simply remove the backing paper little by little and smooth into place, moving the smoother side to side to eliminate air bubbles. If you make a mistake, peel back and start again. The film is heat resistant to 75°C so OK for hot cups and plates but not hot pans. Always keep at least 12 inches away from naked flames and use a worktop saver for cutting, do not cut directly on the vinyl. Wipe clean with a regular household cleaner and wipe up spillages that may stain straight away (eg. curry). Sticky back plastic is a non-permanent DIY solution for updating surfaces in the home, perfect for tenants and landlords looking for a quick, easy and budget-friendly way of updating kitchen doors or rejuvenating old worktops. It's also perfect for upcycling items of furniture. The film is fully removable - use a hairdryer to soften the adhesive first and warm soapy water to remove any remaining residue.TOP TIPS 1: we recommend using a d-c-fix smoother for best finish. 2: use the handy grid on the backing paper as a cutting guide. 3: use a sealant around sinks and hobs. 4: spray a little water on smooth surfaces like glass & appliances. 5: a hairdryer can be used on curved surfaces to make the vinyl more pliable.Brand: d-c-fixPVC (Polyvinyl chloride)W67.5cm x L2mSelf adhesive
