Steiff NOEL CHRISTMAS BEAR is 5-way jointed which means you can move his arms, legs and head and he is made from the finest curled mohair.His face is designed with black shiny eyes and hand stitched nose and mouth for which Steiff have used warm brown colour. Just look at the nose and you see he has a single decorative stitch at the top.
He is wearing a warm winter coat which is made from high quality green cotton velvet with trimmings made of natural coloured wool plush. The coat also has a lined hood and two Christmas bells used as a closure.

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card.
