Cover: For this duvet we have an organic cotton cover that is soft and free from chemicals and/or toxins. Filling: This warm duvet is made from a blend of merino wool and polyester. We use this blend as it is a perfect compromise between warmth and softness. Merino wool comes from the same name and offers the softest and finest fibres among the wool. Polyester allows for easier care and a longer life and brings a certain inflation. Instructions for use: this duvet is ideal for the winter time or the lowest temperatures and can also be used for all seasons that want a duvet that protects it from the cold as much as possible. Care instructions: we recommend washing this duvet at 30°C. MADE IN FRANCE - We are proud that this duvet has been designed and manufactured in our Nordic factory.

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
