We sell 3 types of replacement projector lamp; Official (OEM), Diamond/Original Inside and compatible. A lamp (or lamp module) is a bulb inside a housing, ready to fit into a projector. The lamp housing is designed to fit into a particular projector model or range. The bulb is typically made by a major lighting manufacturer such as Philips, Osram, Ushio or Pheonix - these bulbs are often called Original or Genuine. Original Inside lamps are alternative brand products containing an original bulb in a compatible housing. The performance is equal to an official part, but for projectors still under guarantee we recommend an official (OEM) lamp as an alternative may void your warranty. We do also offer a compatible lamp this where budget is of primary concern made with a compatible lamp in a compatible housing and is usually significantly cheaper. They offer excellent performance at an affordable price. Compatible lamps are produced to exacting specifications in conjunction with world class optoelectronic manufacturers. The manufacturer employs stringent design and manufacturing processes to ensure the highest level of quality possible. Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
